Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation on distance selling (Law 2251/1994, Directive 2011/83/EU).

Conditions for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
• For reasons of hygiene and safety, returns are not accepted for makeup products that have been opened, tested, or used.
• If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may request a replacement or a refund.

Return Procedure from Greece:

• Contact us at info@boldandbrave.gr within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number (and a photo of the product if defective/damaged).
• Returns can only be made with Box Now. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
• Return shipping costs (1,50 euro) are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered.

Return Procedure from Cyprus:

• Contact us at info@boldandbrave.gr within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number (and a photo of the product if defective/damaged).
• Returns can only be made with Box Now. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
• Return shipping costs (6,50 euro) are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered.

Return Procedure from Bulgaria:

• Contact us at info@boldandbrave.gr within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number (and a photo of the product if defective/damaged).
• Returns can only be made with Box Now. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
• Return shipping costs (4,50 euro) are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered.

Return Procedure from the rest of EE:

• Contact us at info@boldandbrave.gr within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number (and a photo of the product if defective/damaged).
• Returns can only be made with DHL Express. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
• Return shipping costs (14 euro) are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the approval date of the returned item by BOLD & BRAVE.
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid by Cash on Delivery, you will need to provide us with your bank account details for the refund.
• Refunds cover only the value of the product(s) (shipping costs are non-refundable).
• If you have already exchanged a product, a refund cannot be issued.
• The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.
